あるところに、ふわふわの けがわに ふさふさの しっぽを もった 3びきの かわいい オオカミが、おかあさんと いっしょに くらして いました。
いちばん うえの にいさんは まっくろ、にばんめは はいいろ、すえの おとうとは まっしろでした。
あるひ、おかあさんが 3びきを よんで いいました。
「さあ おまえたち、そろそろ ひろい せかいに でておいき。
かあさんの うちを でて、じぶんたちの うちを つくりなさいな。
でも、わるい おおブタには きをつけるのよ。」
「しんぱい しないで かあさん。ぼくたち、ブタには きをつけるから。」
そういって 3びきの オオカミは、ひろい せかいに でていきました。
しばらく いくうちに オオカミは、あかや きいろの れんがを ておし ぐるまで はこんでいる カンガルーに あいました。
「すみません。そのれんがを すこし わけて くれませんか？」
3びきの オオカミは カンガルーに たのみました。
「あら、いいわよ。」と いって、カンガルーは あかや きいろの れんがを どっさり くれました。
そこで 3びきの オオカミは、れんがの うちを たてました。
その すぐ つぎのひ、わるい おおブタが こみちを ぶらぶらと やってきて、オオカミが たてた れんがの うちを みつけました。
3びきの オオカミは、にわで クロッケーを して あそんで いましたが、ブタが やってくるのを みると、うちの なかに にげこんで、ドアに かぎを かけました。
ブタは ドアを たたいて おおきな こえで どなりました。
「おいおい、ちびオオカミ、なかに いれろ！」
「いやだよ いやだ いれないよ。」3びきの ちいさな オオカミは いいました。
「ぼくたちの ぴんぴんの ひげが いやだって いってるもん。きゅうすの なかの おちゃのはが きゅうきゅう さわいだって、ぜったいに いれてやるもんか！」
「そんなら おれさまが ふぅーっと ふいて、ぷぅーっと ふいて、おまえたちの うちを ぶちこわしてやるぞ！」
ブタは そういって、ふぅーっと ふいたり ぷぅーっと ふいたり しはじめましたが、うちは こわれません。
ところが このブタ、わるいのなんのって もう とんでもない わるブタ だったんです。
どこかへ いったと おもったら、おおきな ハンマーを もって かえってきて、いきなり れんがの うちを こわしてしまいました。
3びきの オオカミは、れんがの うちが くずれしまう まえに やっとやっと にげだすことが できました。
でも、こわくて こわくて ふるえ あがって しまいました。
「もっと じょうぶな うちを たてなくっちゃ。」と オオカミたちは はなしあいました。
ちょうど そのとき、コンクリートミキサーで コンクリートを こねている ビーバーを みつけました。
「すみません。そのコンクリートを すこし わけてくれませんか？」
3びきの オオカミは、ビーバーに たのみました。
「いいとも、もってきな。」
ビーバーは、ねとねと どろどろした コンクリートを バケツに なんばいも くれました。
そこで 3びきの オオカミは コンクリートの うちを たてました。
ところが、うちが できあがるやいなや、わるい おおブタが こみちを ぶらぶらと やってきて、オオカミが たてた コンクリートの うちを みつけました。
3びきの オオカミは にわで バトミントンを していましたが、ブタが やってくるのを みると、うちの なかに にげこんで ドアを しめました。
ブタは ベルを ならして いいました。
「おいおい、こわがりやの ちびオオカミ、なかに いれろ！」
「いやだよ いやだ いれないよ。」3びきの ちいさな オオカミは いいました。
「ぼくたちの ぴんぴんの ひげが いやだって いってるもん。きゅうすの なかの おちゃのはが きゅうきゅう さわいだって、ぜったいに いれてやるもんか！」
「そんなら おれさまが ふぅーっと ふいて、ぷぅーっと ふいて おまえたちの いえを ぶちこわして やるぞ！」
ブタは そういって、ふぅーっと ふいたり ぷぅーっと ふいたり しはじめましたが、うちは こわれません。
ところが このブタ、わるいのなんのって もう とんでもない わるブタ だったんです。
どこかへ いったと おもったら、でんきドリルを もって かえってきて、うちを めちゃくちゃに こわして しまいました。
3びきの ちいさな オオカミは、やっとやっと にげだすことが できました。
でも、こわくて こわくて ぴんぴんの ひげの さきまで ぶるぶる ふるえて しまいました。
「もっと もっと じょうぶな うちを たてなくっちゃね。」
３びきは かたく こころに きめました。
ちょうど そのとき、てつじょうもうや てっこつや てっぱんや おもい てつの なんきんじょうを つんだ トラックが みちを はしってきました。
「すみません。その てつじょうもうと てっこつと てっぱんと おもい てつの なんきんじょうを すこし わけて くれませんか？」
3びきの オオカミは うんてんしゅの サイに たのみました。
「ああ、いいとも。」
サイは そういって、てつじょうもうや てっこつや てっぱんや おもい てつの なんきんじょうを どっさり くれました。
そのうえ じょうぶな ガラスや、しっかりした はがねの くさりまで くれました。
このサイは、とっても きまえが よくてや さしいサイだったんですよ。
そこで 3びきの ちいさな オオカミは、とびきり じょうぶな うちを たてました。
こんなに じょうぶで あんぜんな うちは せかいじゅう どこにも ありません。
3びきは、ここに いれば もう あんしん と むねを なでおろしました。
あくるひ、いつものように わるい おおブタが こみちを ぶらぶらと やってきました。
3びきの オオカミは にわで いしけりを していましたが、ブタが やってくるのを みると、うちの なかに にげこんで ドアの さしこみじょうを しめ、それから 67この なんきんじょうを ぜんぶ かけました。
ブタは、ドアに ついている テレビでんわの ボタンを おして いいました。
「おいおい、こわがりやの ぶるぶるひげの ちびオオカミ、なかに いれろ！」
「いやだよ いやだ いれないよ。」
3びきの ちいさな オオカミは いいました。
「ぼくたちの ぴんぴんの ひげが いやだって いってるもん。きゅうすの なかの おちゃのはが きゅうきゅう さわいだって、ぜったいに いれて やるもんか！」
「そんなら おれさまが ふぅーっと ふいて、ぷぅーっと ふいて、おまえたちの うちを ぶちこわしてやるぞ！」
ブタは そういって、ふぅーっと ふいたり ぷぅーっと ふいたり しはじめましたが、うちは こわれません。
ところが このブタ、わるいのなんのって もう とんでもない わるブタだったんです。
どこからか ダイナマイトを もってきて、うちの かべに たてかけ、どうかせんに ひを つけると.....
うちは どっかーんと ふっとんで しまいました。
3びきの オオカミは、いのちからがら にげだしましたが、ふさふさした しっぽの さきが こげてしまいました。
「きっと ぼくたち、いままで まちがった ざいりょうで うちを つくってたんだ。もっと ちがうもので うちを たてなくっちゃ。でも、なにを つかったら いいんだろう？」
ちょうど そこへ、はなを いっぱい つんだ ておしぐるまを おしながら フラミンゴが やってきました。
「すみません。その はなを すこし わけてくれませんか？」
３びきの オオカミは、フラミンゴに たのみました。
「ええ、いいですとも。」
フラミンゴは、はなを どっさり くれました。
そこで ３びきの ちいさな オオカミは、はなの うちを たてました。
いっぽうの かべは キンセンカ、もういっぽうの かべは スイセン、それから ピンクの バラの かべと、サクラの はなの かべ。
てんじょうは ヒマワリで つくり、ゆかには ヒナギクの カーペットを しきました。
ふろおけには、スイレンの はなが うかび、れいぞうこには ヒヤシンスの はなが はいっています。
いまにも こわれて しまいそうで、そよかぜが ふいただけで ゆらゆら ゆれますが、とっても きれいな うちです。
あくるひ、わるい おおブタが こみちを ぶらぶらと やってきて、オオカミが たてた はなの うちを みつけました。
ブタは、げんかんの ブルーベルを ならして いいました。
「おいおい、こわがりやの ぶるぶるひげの こげしっぽの ちびオオカミ、なかに いれろ！」
「いやだよ いやだ いれないよ。」3びきの ちいさな オオカミは いいました。
「ぼくたちの ぴんぴんの ひげが いやだって いってるもん。きゅうすの なかの おちゃのはが きゅうきゅう さわいだって、ぜったいに いれてやるもんか！」
「そんなら おれさまが ふぅーっと ふいて、ぷぅーっと ふいて、おまえたちの うちを ぶちこわしてやるぞ！」
ところが、ブタが おおきく いきを すいこんで ふぅーっ ぷぅーっと やろうと したとたん、あまい はなの かおりが ふわっと はなの あなに はいりました。
なんて すてきな かおりなんでしょう！
ブタは びっくりして、もういちど いきを すいこみました。
そして もういちど。
ふぅーっと ふいたり、ぷぅーっと ふいたりする かわりに、ブタは いつのまにか くんくん はなの かおりを かぎはじめていました。
ブタは、からだじゅうが いいかおりで いっぱいに なるくらい、なんども なんども むねの そこまで いきを すいこみました。
すると ブタの こころは だんだん やさしく なっていき、ああ いままで おれは なんて ひどい わるブタだったんだろう と しみじみ おもいました。
つまり もう わるい おおブタじゃなくて、いい おおブタに なったんです。
ブタは うたを うたい、タンバリンを もって おどりだしました。
はじめのうち 3びきの オオカミは、ブタが だまそうと しているんじゃ ないかと、ちょっぴり しんぱい していました。
でも、ブタが ほんとうに いい おおブタに なったことが わかると、うちの なかから はしって でてきました。
3びきの オオカミは、ブタに こんにちは と あいさつしてから、いっしょに あそびはじめました。
はじめに ボールなげを して、それから 「かごめ かごめ かごの なかの ブタは」を しました。
そしたら くたびれて しまったので、みんなで うちの なかに はいりました。
3びきの オオカミは ブタに きゅうすの おちゃを いれ、イチゴや オオカミイチゴを ごちそうしました。
そして、どうか すきなだけ ぼくたちの うちに いてください と たのみました。
「じゃ、そうしようかな。」と ブタは いい、4ひきは それから いつまでも なかよく しあわせに くらしましたとさ。

The Three Little Cute Wolves
Once upon a time, there were three cute wolves with fluffy fur and bushy tails who lived together with their mother.
The oldest brother was black, the second was gray, and the youngest brother was white.
One day, the mother called the three of them and said:
“Okay, it's about time for you three to set out into the wide world. Leave your mother's house and build your own homes. But be careful of the bad Big Pig.”
“Don’t worry, mother. We’ll be careful of the pig.”
With that, the three wolves set off into the wide world.
After traveling for a while, the wolves came across a kangaroo who was carrying red and yellow bricks in a handcart.
“Excuse me. Could you spare some of those bricks for us?”
The three wolves asked the kangaroo.
“Oh, sure!” said the kangaroo, giving them a heap of red and yellow bricks.
The three wolves built a house of bricks.
The very next day, the bad Big Pig came wandering down the path and found the brick house the wolves had built.
The three wolves were playing croquet in the garden, but when they saw the pig approaching, they ran inside the house and locked the door.
The pig banged on the door and shouted loudly.
“Hey, little wolves, let me in!”
“No way, we’re not letting you in.” The three little wolves said.
“Our stiff whiskers say no way. Even if the tea leaves in the teapot start chattering, we won’t let you in!”
“In that case, I’ll huff and puff and blow your house down!”
The pig said and began to huff and puff, but the house did not break.
However, this pig was really a terrible bad pig.
The pig left and returned with a big hammer and suddenly demolished the brick house.
The three wolves managed to escape just before the brick house collapsed.
But they were so scared they trembled all over.
“We have to build a sturdier house.” the wolves discussed.
Just then, they saw a beaver mixing concrete in a concrete mixer.
“Excuse me. Could you spare some of that concrete for us?”
The three wolves asked the beaver.
“Sure, take some.”
The beaver gave them several buckets of sticky, gooey concrete.
The three wolves built a house of concrete.
However, as soon as the house was completed, the bad Big Pig came wandering down the path and found the concrete house the wolves had built.
The three wolves were playing badminton in the garden, but when they saw the pig approaching, they ran inside the house and shut the door.
The pig rang the bell and said:
“Hey, timid little wolves, let me in!”
“No way, we’re not letting you in.” The three little wolves said.
“Our stiff whiskers say no way. Even if the tea leaves in the teapot start chattering, we won’t let you in!”
“In that case, I’ll huff and puff and blow your house down!”
The pig said and began to huff and puff, but the house did not break.
However, this pig was really a terrible bad pig.
The pig left and returned with an electric drill and destroyed the house completely.
The three little wolves managed to escape.
But they were so scared they trembled to the tips of their stiff whiskers.
“We need to build an even sturdier house.”
The three decided firmly.
Just then, a truck carrying iron mesh, steel, iron plates, and heavy iron padlocks drove by.
“Excuse me. Could you spare some of those iron meshes, steel, iron plates, and heavy iron padlocks for us?”
The three wolves asked the driver, a rhino.

Somehow, the pig got some dynamite, placed it against the wall of the house, and lit the fuse…
The house exploded with a bang.
The three wolves barely managed to escape, but the tips of their bushy tails got scorched.

Just then, a flamingo came along pushing a handcart full of flowers.
“Excuse me. Could you spare some of those flowers for us?”
The three wolves asked the flamingo.

One wall was marigolds, another wall was daffodils, then there was a pink rose wall and a cherry blossom wall.
The ceiling was made of sunflowers, and the floor was carpeted with daisies.
The bathtub had water lilies floating in it, and the refrigerator was filled with hyacinths.
It looked like it might collapse any moment and swayed in the breeze, but it was a very beautiful house.
The next day, the bad Big Pig came wandering down the path and found the flower house the wolves had built.
The pig rang the bluebell at the entrance and said:
“Hey, timid little trembling whiskers and scorched tail wolves, let me in!”
“No way, we’re not letting you in.” The three little wolves said.
“Our stiff whiskers say no way. Even if the tea leaves in the teapot start chattering, we won’t let you in!”
“In that case, I’ll huff and puff and blow your house down!”
However, just as the pig took a deep breath to huff and puff, a sweet floral scent wafted into his nostrils.
What a lovely fragrance!
The pig was surprised and took another breath.
And another.
Instead of huffing and puffing, the pig found himself sniffing the fragrance of the flowers.
The pig inhaled deeply over and over until his whole body was filled with the lovely scent.
Then the pig’s heart began to soften, and he realized how terrible he had been as a bad pig.
In other words, he was no longer a bad Big Pig but had become a good Big Pig.
The pig sang and danced with a tambourine.
At first, the three wolves were a little worried that the pig might be trying to trick them.
But when they realized that the pig had truly become a good Big Pig, they ran out of the house to greet him.
The three wolves said hello to the pig and started playing together.
First, they played catch, and then they played “Kagome Kagome, the Pig in the Cage.”
Then, as they got tired, they all went into the house.
The three wolves made tea for the pig and served him strawberries and wolfberries.
They also invited him to stay in their house as long as he liked.
“Well, I think I will.” said the pig, and the four of them lived happily ever after.
