さっそく、きょうの おてんきを おつたえしまーす。

らっぱくんが、「らっぱ らっぱ らっぱ.....」と いいながら おでかけすると、あめが ぱらっ ぱらっと ふりはじめるでしょう。
When Trumpet-kun goes out saying, “Rappa, rappa, rappa…,” light rain will start to fall—pitter patter.
あわてんぼうの けんじくんが、ころんで ひざに あざを つくってしまうと、ざあー ざあー おおあめに なるでしょう。
When the clumsy Kenji-kun trips and gets a bruise on his knee, there will be a heavy downpour—pouring rain.
けんじくんの めからも、おおあめが ふっています。
Rain will even fall from Kenji-kun’s eyes!
あめに よころんだ かえるくんが、げこげこと でてくると、きゅうに あめが やんで、かんかんでりに なるでしょう。
When Frog-kun happily hops out in the rain, croaking “geko geko,” the rain will suddenly stop and it’ll become bright and sunny.
かえるくんは ひにやけて、こげこげに なってしまうでしょう。
Frog-kun might even get sunburned and end up all toasty brown!
さめの サメコちゃんが おでかけする じかんは、しとしとと こさめに なるでしょう。
When Shark girl Sameko-chan goes out, gentle drizzles will start to fall.
「わーい。あめ だ～いすき！」
“Yay! I loooove rain!”
うかれた ぶーちゃんが こうふんして うひょ うひょ していると、おおつぶの ひょうが ふってきますので、おきをつけください。
When the cheerful Boo-chan gets too excited, going “ooh-hoo, ooh-hoo,” large hailstones will come falling—so please be careful!
ゆきおくんが いえを でる じかんは、おおゆきに なるでしょう。
When Yukiokun leaves the house, it will likely snow heavily.
ぼうけんかの マルコ・ポーロが たびを はじめると、かぜが びゅー びゅー、とつぜん あらしに なるでしょう。
When the explorer Marco Polo begins his journey, the wind will go whoooosh—and suddenly a storm will blow in.
「うわーん、マルコ こまる～！」
“Waaah! Poor Marco!”
ごはんを たく かまが でかけるころは、まっかな ゆうやけが みられるでしょう。
When the rice cooker sets out, you’ll see a blazing red sunset.
「ああ、もうすぐ ゆうはんだ～」
“Ahh, dinnertime is near…”
よるに なって、しほちゃんが そらを みあげると、まんてんの ほしぞらに なるでしょう。
And when night falls and Shiho-chan looks up at the sky, she’ll see a sky full of twinkling stars.
