おおきな いけに、七ひきの おたまじゃくしの きょうだいが すんでいました。
In a large pond, there lived seven sibling tadpoles.
あるひのこと、ひら ひら～ ぽちゃん
そらから なにか おちてきました。
One day, something fluttered down from the sky and landed with a splash.
「あれ、う、さ、ぎ、の、よ、う、ふ、く、や、だって」
“Oh, it's a bunny's clothing store flyer,” they exclaimed.
「ようふくやさんが できたんだね」
おたまじゃくしたちは、みんな そろって さがしにでかけました。
“It looks like a new clothing store has opened,” they said, and all the tadpoles went off in search of it.
「あそこが ようふくやさんじゃないかな」
“I think that might be the clothing store.”
「だれか でてきたよ」
“Someone’s coming out.”
